Burning Mountain


1 cl Cointreau
2 cl Sourz Apple
4 cl Cruzan Dark Rum
Fresh lime juice
Egg white﹐

Burn Cointreay with brown sugar on the inside of the glass. Shake the other ingredients with ice and sieve into the glass.
