Egg Nogg

The classic drink at all American christmas partys.

3 cl Whisky

1 egg

12 cl milk

1 Teaspoon sugar

A pinch of salt.

Serve in an Irish Coffee glass or a wine glass. Egg Nogg is easier to do if you do a large batch.

Seperate the egg yolk from the white, whisk the yolk with sugar while slowly adding the whisky

Let the mix rest for at least an hour. Blend the egg white with the salt and whisk it to a hard foam. Blend the two and finally add the milk while stirring gently.
