4 parts Xanté Poire au Cognac

8-10 Minth leavs

4 Slices of lime

2 Parts of syrup

1 Teaspoon of sugar


Soda water

 

Muddle lime and minth, add Xanté Poire au Cognac and syrup.


Shake and serve in highball glass, fill with crushed ice, soda water and garnish with minth.
