Garcia Margarita

A fantastic combination that in some ways has a touch of the thai cousine

2 cm-pieces of red chili (spanish pepper)
1 piece of ginger

4 cl Tequila Garcia Lemon
2 cl Cointreau or triple sec
4 cl Lemon juice
1 cl Syrup

Garnish with a slice of chili on a plastic scewer.

 
Muddle the pieces of chili, the more pips the stronger flavour. Shred the ginger and press the juice over the chili. Pour the rest of the ingredients and fill the shaker with ice. Shake and serve in a cocktail glass.
