Greenbay Infusion


4cl Bombay Sapphire (gin)
1CL Apple Sourze
1CL Pineapple Sourze
1CL Lemon juice (Fresh)2cl Kiwi / pear / lime / ginger paste (own creation out of fresh ingredients)
Cool cocktail glass before serving

pour everything into a Boston shaker, shake well with ice in shaker.

Strain the drink with regular strainer and a fine strain.

decorate with a spiral of lime
