Irish Smash

5 cl Jameson Irish Whisky
6 minth leaves

2 Slices of lemon

3 cl Syrup
2 cl Fresh lemon juice

Muddle the lemon slices with minth and syrup in a shaker. Then add Jameson Irish Whisky and fresh lemon juice.

Shake and sieve in a tumbler glass with crushed ice. Garnish wiht minth.

Use whole slices of lemon wiht peel when you muddle to get the right flavour. Always use fresh juice otherwise it wont taste right.
